1.  I agree that all material distributed or referred to, in written form or otherwise in this Forum by Chris Malta, any guest Experts, Forum Members, or any employees or assigns of Chris Malta represent the legally protected personal opinions and right to free speech of those people and entities only. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, I agree to fully indemnify and hold completely harmless all such people and entities against any and all claims, legal or otherwise, resulting from any material distributed in, or referred to by, anyone in this Forum.

2.  I agree that I am solely responsible for the actions of anyone else using my Account, whether or not I was aware of such use, and I am solely responsible for guaranteeing the same indemnifications (in Part 1 above) with regard to anyone else using my Account with or without my knowledge.

3.  I agree that this is a private Forum, and fully understand that as such the material herein is not available to the general public through search engines or any other means. I agree that I will not make public or redistribute through any form of media any material or information gathered from this Forum. I agree that the material presented and/or referred to in this Forum is for my personal use only, and is not transferrable by any means to any other person or entity. I agree that I am fully and solely legally responsible any actions, legal or otherwise, taken by any third party as a result of my transferring or allowing to be transferred through my account, with or without my knowledge, any material published of referred to in this Forum.

4.  I agree to and understand the fact that this is a Paid Membership Forum, based on month-to-month Membership with no minimum contract length. I may cancel at any time and I will not be charged any further recurring payments past the month of cancellation. However, I agree that a monthly payment, once made, is not refundable. 

5.  I agree and understand that although the administrators and moderators of this Forum will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this Forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages immediately. All messages and other materials, on this Forum and/or referred to in this Forum, represent the personal opinions of the individual authors, and neither the owners of this Forum, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

6.  I warrant that I will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws.

The owners of this Forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.
