EARNING POTENTIAL:

I've made every effort possible to accurately represent what Chris Malta's Personal EBiz Workshop and Mentoring Program is meant to be.

As you know, no one can ever guarantee that you're going to make money at anything. Your earnings are based on your own efforts in business, and I'm not one to make false claims about that. This program is meant to help you get on the right track toward a successful business, based on my long personal history and experience in business. However, by Registering, you agree and understand that I cannot possibly make any guarantees or warranties about how much money you may make in the future.

REFUND / CANCELLATION

You agree and understand that a full refund, minus credit card processing fees, will be issued if you cancel your order within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase. To cancel your purchase, please email Chris@ChrisMalta.com within 72 hours of purchase, and you will be refunded.

After 72 hours, this purchase is non-refundable.

RESCHEDULING:

If you cannot attent a date you've scheduled for your Workshop, every reasonable effort will be made to help you reschedule to a date that works better for you. We request at least a 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule.

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY:

We use GoToMeeting.com, a real-time online meeting service, to conduct these meetings. While it's extremely rare to encounter any problems, If for any reason GoToMeeting is not working properly or you cannot connect properly, we will reschedule the meeting to an agreeable time or make other arrangements to conduct the meeting. Meetings may be electronically recorded for internal quality control and occasional promotional purposes, but we cannot release such recordings to participants due to personal privacy issues. Your full name and/or personal information will never be compromised by any promotional use.

PAYMENT:

We use PayPal.com to collect payment, and all payments are subject to PayPal's Terms and Conditions. If you'd like, you can review those Terms and Conditions on the PayPal web site during the checkout process before making payment.
